I was given the opportunity this morning to lead worship in the “marketplace”. Mike Wolff, Director of Stewardship for the CCBBCC, and a member of Corporate Chaplains of America, attends the church I serve(Hickory Grove Baptist Church-North Campus). He is responsible for organizing CCBBCC’s annual inspiration meeting and he invited me and my music team to participate this year. It was a terrific blessing. When I heard that the heart of the CEO, Frank Harrison III, was to operate this company with the knowledge that Christ will hold him accountable for the way in which he ran it, I was tremendously encouraged. Now, when I have my quiet time, study time, or rehearsal time and I have a Diet Coke in my hand, I will remember that there is a bit more in that can, bottle, or cup than water, carbonation, and sugar substitute.
